Bistro Rollin in Pelham Re-Opens Tonight

After a fire last week, Bistro Rollin will re-open tonight. The e-mail blast, after the jump.

We re-open Saturday, July 31st! To the long list of folks we are indebted to, we now must add Con Edison! Ever since they arrived on the scene during the fire last Friday, they have been helpful and concerned. But, in the last few days, when it was determined we needed a larger gas meter, they have really outdone themselves. At 4:00pm this afternoon – two days of continuous support from several divisions of Con Edison resulted in our new meter being installed and us being able to open tomorrow. We would like to particularly thank Chris Scanlon, our Commercial Service Representative and his superior, Orlando Alves, the District Manager for the Bronx and Westchester, but I am sure there were many other people involved in making this happen. It is enormously gratifying to see a large company like Con Ed, rally to support a small local business. Bravo, Con Ed. We thank you and our 15 employees thank you!

To Our Guests

To out guests we can only say, we can’t wait to see you back at Bistro Rollin! If you have enjoyed a meal (or two) at Bistro Rollin in the past, we can really use your support now. If you haven’t yet been it – Now would be a great time to give us a try. Come in tomorrow evening and help us celebrate our re-oepning. Or come in Sunday for Brunch from 11-3, or Sunday Evening. We are opening a little early Sunday Evening- at 5:00pm rather than 5:30pm to allow folks have dinner with us and then get over to the Pelham Picture House by 7pm for the screening of Atlantic City and the Q and A afterwards with Susan Sarandon. What a great way to spend Sunday evening.

You can call us at 633-0780 for a reservation Saturday or Sunday, or go online to our website and reserve through OpenTable, or go to OpenTable’s website ( and book there. We will be just as happy to see you if you just walk-in but it would be great if you called or booked online so we know what to expect! With this late announcement it is hard for us to predict. We will have our full menu and Chef Lozano is making his fabulous Bouillabaisse as a Special

There are Silver Linings!

We took advantage of our forced rebuilding to some things we have wanted to do since shortly after opening, but did not have the time. We were able to open a second skylight in our Main Dining room, which is not quite completed, but if you come in you will see how great is going to be. We gave the walls a fresh coat of paint and cleaned and oiled our oak paneling and installed a new audio system. Come in and take a look!

Once Again – We look forward to welcoming you at Bistro Rollin!
