Taking over the old Via Quadronno location on Main Street near the Ritz-Carlton, Serafina will be bringing its signature pizza and pasta to White Plains this November.
An exact opening date hasn’t been set yet for the 90-seat space.
Serafina currently has 5 Manhattan locations, along with outposts in East Hampton and Sao Paolo, Brazil, and plans to open a spot in Philadelphia, too. In White Palins, expect the typical “Serafina” trattoria-style look, with the yellow awning outside, and inside, sunny murals and a tile floor. The food will be Serafina’s usual reasonably-priced Northern Italian fare, much of it cooked in a hand-built wood-burning oven — thin crust specialty pizzas and foccaccias, fresh pastas, grilled fish and meat.
No 411 yet, and no phone number yet, but we’ll post more info when we have it. For now, the address: 199 Main St., White Plains.
