The Pie Lady & Son Gets a Permanent Home in Nyack

0

The Pie Lady $ Son,  the artisanal pie bakers whom Linda Lombroso wrote about returning to Nyack in this story here, finally have their own storefront.

Wil Tyler and his mother, Deborah, will settle in to a shop at 366D Route 9W in Nyack, in that little shopping center just across from Birchwood Avenue and near the high school. Until the shop opens, they will be selling pies in the parking lot there on Saturday mornings.

I have a call in to Wil to find out the exact opening date, but when I ran into him at the street fair earlier this month, he told me they hope to be in there before Thanksgiving. Perfect for pumpkin pies!

You can also call to place a pie order and pick it up at the Nyack Farmers Market, which is on Thursdays: 845-512-8926. Their web site is pielady.com.
