Just Opened: BanZai Steak House in Hartsdale

BanZai Steak House offers hibachi, sushi, traditional Japanese food and good will to all.
“Banzai means long life and happiness in Japanese,” says cheerful Manager Karl Shao. Lighthearted as he may be, Shao is serious about food. “The most important thing in a hibachi restaurant is the chef,” says Shao, “our chef is very good.”
BanZai offers filet mignon, lobster, steak, salmon, scallops and chicken prepared on the Hibachi grill. They also have a large selection of special rolls like the Panda, which is spicy tuna and salmon wrapped in a bamboo leaf, and the BanZai, which is king crab and caviar wrapped in soybean paper and topped with special crab meat. There’s also teriyaki and tempura.
