If you’re in the mood for a warm brick oven and a cozy neighborhood trattoria, come down to Angelo Tradito’s new place in Chappaqua.

Chef-Owner Tradito has been in the restaurant business for 20 years, most recently part of Yonkers’ Flames Brick Oven, and makes everything from scratch. What’s best? “People rave about our brick-oven pizzas,” says Tradito. The most popular are the Grandma Pie, which is a square, thin-crust pizza made with marinara sauce, mozzarella and basil, and the Old Stone Garlic Pie, made with fresh garlic, mozzarella and basil on a garlic and oil crust.

In addition to pies, they also have soups, salads, pasta, seafood, deliveries, catering and pizza by the slice. Rumor has it they also have chicken parmigiana and Scarpariello to die for.
