HVRW goes from March 14, through March 27, where participating restaurants offer three-course lunches for $20 and three-course dinners for $28. Hi there!  What fun to be a guest blogger for HVRW2011.  My name is Patrice Costa, and I’m co-owner of Culinary Collaboration, a club that offers cooking classes and culinary demonstrations with local chefs in their restaurants.

I believe that this is the perfect venue to finally admit what my family and friends have secretly known for a long time:  I’M A FOODIE.  There, I’ve said it, and I’m ready to face the unchangeable fact that I’m addicted to all things food.

Top Chef All Stars is set to series record on my DVR (so sad Angelo was eliminated last week!), Medium Raw by Anthony Bourdain is the last book I read, and dinner last weekend at my house was ravioli with ricotta cheese (both homemade!).  I’m so excited to share my addiction with all of you when I blog about my restaurant adventures.
