Small Bites

I am a food-aholic! I live to eat and not just eat to live. I literally spend most of my day thinking about food. As I’m eating breakfast I start planning lunch. While I’m eating lunch I am creating my menu for dinner. It is a constant cycle! I love wandering through grocery store aisles to get ideas. I’ve spent over 10 years in the restaurant business both in the front of house and kitchen.  The quickest way to my heart is absolutely through my stomach!

I write the (inappropriately named) food blog, Food Is My Porn and clearly I didn’t come up with the name of this blog by accident! Thinking about, look at, hearing about, and tasting food are all activities that I love!

I recently returned back to the Hudson Valley (where I grew up) after several years away and I have a renewed appreciation for the the foods that are grown and cooked here. The Hudson Valley truly is a food lovers paradise!
