Live Chat at 2 p.m. Today: Anthony Goncalves, David DiBari and Chris Vergara Guests on Small Bites

Last week’s chat on Hudson Valley Restaurant Week was so much fun, we thought we’d do another one! Chefs Anthony Goncalves of 42 in White Plains, David DiBari of The Cookery in Dobbs Ferry and Chris Vergara of Harper’s in Dobbs Ferry and Meritage in Scarsdale will be here to answer questions.

You can ask chef Anthony how he feeds 5,400 people during the two weeks of restaurant week!

Or find out how chef David is able to serve his top dishes, including, as he says: “carnally inspired dishes all which will remain consistent in portion size along with a continuous flow of gastronomically perverted specials,” for just $28!

And ask Chris how he manages to do two restaurant week menus on the opposite sides of the county!

Or just come to dish about your favorite restaurants.

Here’s a link to last week’s chat with Peter Kelly of Xaviars Restaurant Group and Eric Gabrynowicz of Restaurant North in Armonk. It was a blast!

Join us here at 2 p.m. Wednesday for this week’s chat on Hudson Valley Restaurant Week.
