Love Beer? Head to The Green Growler in Croton-on-Hudson

Beer lovers, rejoice! There’s a new shop in town where you will find an ongoing celebration of beer. The Green Growler in Croton-on-Hudson sells everything from beer candy to beer soap to beer shampoo (yes, these things do exist).

They also sell homebrew supplies and complete starter kits for anyone who wants to make their own beer at home — and we can’t forget about the shop’s selection of snacks and hot sauces that people tend to enjoy with beer. But what about actual beer, you ask? The Green Growler serves up craft beer in — you guessed it — growlers. Growlers are take-it-to-go bottles/jars that you fill up with fresh beer right there at the shop. Owner Seana O’Callaghan, above, says she is thrilled to bring her new shop to the “extremely supportive” Croton community. “I tried to think about what was the most fun business I could start, and what I came up with was beer,” she says.

never mind… the full social media icons appear when viewing the full blog, as opposed to an individual post. might be something to fix, tho….
