Competing cauldrons of chili from two firehouse chefs, 10 restaurants with signature dishes and paired wines from Zachy’s — such are the draws at the Westchester Culinary Experience, a fundraiser being held from 6 to 9 p.m. March 28 at the Crowne Plaza in White Plains to benefit the YMCA.
