The Valley Table magazine, which founded and organizes Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, had a staff lunch at The Cookery in Dobbs Ferry for Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, and Simon Feldman of The Cook’s Plate made this fun video while they were there.
