We still have a few days left in Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, and to talk about how it’s been going so far and what to expect for the next couple of days, chef Anthony Goncalves of 42 in White Plains will be our special guest for a live chat here on Small Bites at noon Wednesday! In the meantime, here’s a video about Anthony we put together a couple of years ago when we did our live broadcast from 42 during Hudson Valley Restaurant Week. The video mentions Peniche, his restaurant that’s now closed, and Christian Petroni, his former sous chef, but the bio of Anthony is still valid! And so is the description of his food.

  1. I will try to attend. I just had lunch with my son at 42 yesterday and it was amazing. So much so that I made reservations for lunch on Friday with my wife. I’d never been to 42 before. They were serving dinner-sized portions for lunch and all of the good was great.
