Ladle of Love Food Truck — A Perfect Recipe for a Summer Saturday Picnic

Recently, I went Behind the Kitchen Door at Mt. Kisco’s Ladle of Love and into the front seat of their food truck (look for my blog post coming soon chronicling my adventures!).

During the month of July, you too can check out this all electric and extremely “green” foodmobile every Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm in the Sculpture Garden of the Katonah Museum of Art where they will be serving up soups (such as chilled Gazpacho or Chicken and Dumplings), sandwiches (for example, halves and mini’s of Tarragon Chicken Salad or California Turkey) and salads (like Cobb or Greek).

With the freshest produce from some of our local farms as the main ingredients, nothing could be better than enjoying a picnic lunch of Ladle of Love’s delicious offerings.
