Ladle of Love Food Truck at the Pleasantville Farmers’ Market

Guess who is whipping up some delicious, healthy, and oh so pretty Love Potion smoothies (kale, beet, carrot, blueberry, and apple cider)  at the Pleasantville Farmers’ Market?  That would be me, your friendly neighborhood Behind the Kitchen Door blogger, Patrice Costa.

Come visit us at the Ladle of Love food truck every Saturday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, where truck manager Richie Ruksenas and I are serving frittata and grilled cheese sandwiches, soups and stews (of course!) and sweet/tart basil-infused lemonade.

Ingredients are being sourced from our market neighbors Mead Orchards, Feather Ridge Farm, and Meredith’s Country Bakery.  So come on over to the market, do some shopping, and say hello.
