Do you have a favorite restaurant you reserve at each Thanksgiving? Or is a new spot opening for the first time this year? I’d like to know about it. Please share in the comments field here or on Facebook and Twitter. Thanks!
I’d actually never considered eating out for Thanksgiving. In my scattershot brain it made more sense for me to spend the better part of a week preparing to host a huge number of people just to miss the entire holiday by spending it in the kitchen.
That rambling prelude aside, I just visited (and wrote a post) about the Benjamin Steakhouse. In meeting them I learned they have a prix fixe Thanksgiving menu that is bountiful in choices and relatively reasonable in price. It is a warm, inviting environment that can have a feeling of luxury and, with the fireplace lit, the feeling of a down home holiday. It seemed a great option.
