Brrr! Warming Recipes to Take the Chill Off

This just is not the time for gazpacho and sushi, is it? With below freezing temperatures, we want warming recipes for stews, chilies, soups and braises!

Cider-Braised Pork Shoulder with Caramelized Onion and Apple Confit 
Denver Green Chili. 
Pozole with New Mexican Chiles. 
Braised Lamb Shanks with Baked Polenta. 
Laurent Tourondel’s Braised Short Ribs (below). 
Get cooking and warm that house up!
