#FridayFishDish Mystery Basket Cooking Challenge, Round 2

Ding ding ding! Welcome to Round 2 of a fun cooking challenge here at Small Bites and Lohud, dubbed #FridayFishDish. During the seven weeks of Lent, many Christians abstain from eating meat on Fridays. In an effort to keep your cooking inspired, we’ve come up with a reverse recipe game in which we present a list of ingredients and YOU tell us what to make. Round one featured tuna, soy, black pepper and Brussels sprouts. If you missed the kick off week read about it here.

Each Wednesday for the entirety of Lent, the Life & Style section will publish reader responses along with a local chef’s take on the ingredients. Thank you for playing along last week! We’re having a lot of fun hearing what people would put together.

OK, time to get the creative cooking juices flowing. For this week’s challenge, we’re featuring salmon. Come up with a dish using salmon and the following three ingredients: cayenne, potatoes, rosemary.
