Get a Sneak Peek of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week 2013 Dishes Right Now!

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week 2013 is less than a month away, and we here at LoHud are getting ready! In the meantime, Mark is Tweeting and Instagraming one photo from each restaurant he’s visiting. So far, we’ve seen Pastrami-cured short rib at Hudson House in Nyack — (YUM!)
