Hudson Valley Restaurant Week 2013 is less than a month away, and we here at LoHud are getting ready! Our photographer Mark Vergari is out and about today and tomorrow, shooting dozens of dishes that will be available on Hudson Valley Restaurant Week menus. We’re planning on getting all those photos together for you so you can look at our gallery and decide where to make reservations!
In the meantime, Mark is Tweeting and Instagraming one photo from each restaurant he’s visiting. So far, we’ve seen Pastrami-cured short rib at Hudson House in Nyack—(YUM!)
—a duck confit noodle bowl at Tap House in Tuckahoe and a scallop sashimi at X20.
