National Grilled Cheese Day is April 12

If you are a fan of the the gooey, crispy, buttery comfort food (and I know you are), pay attention to what I’m about to tell you. National Grilled Cheese Day is April 12, and one way to celebrate is with a new product from local Westchester executive Steve Marlowe.

The new product is a microwavable grilled cheese from his Chef MJ Brando line, and it promises to maintain all the gooey, crispy elements we love about grilled cheese sandwiches. The frozen sandwich just a short two minutes away from the homestyle favorite. If it lives up to the promises, this could make for a comforting after school or late night snack. Two sandwiches come in each box and several cheese options are available including: American, cheddar and Swiss.

In celebration of National Grilled Cheese Day, Chef MJ Brando is offering FREE grilled cheese sandwiches. From April 12 to April 30, log onto Chef MJ Brando’s Facebook Page to review how to redeem this rebate. Available at local retailers such as Shoprite, Roundy’s, Lund’s, Bi-lo and many more for $3.99.

If you try Chef MJ Brando’s grilled cheese, please let us know if it lives up to the hype!

  1. I tried one last night! Not bad for a MW product, and certainly if you don’t want to mess with a pan, or even have the patients to unwrap the cheese. It’s actually pretty good and to keep some in the freezer for a GC emergency is worth it. You know, “Break Glass in case of Grilled Cheese Emergency” I give it a thumbs up. – Of course I have to say Myong’s is really the best I’ve had!
