  1. My husband I unsuccessfully tried to have a child for years. Finally we learned on a cold, January Monday I believe that we would be adopting our beloved baby girl. Our first thought was to celebrate that evening at Buffet de la gare. We spent the night eating pate, cassoulet and drinking champagne calling each other “mother” and “father” and laughing that this would be the last fine dinner we would have for years to come. I will never forget that evening or the fact that Buffet de la gare was a part of it. Quel dommage, au revoir!

On my 1st year annniversary at the job, my boss took me to her favorite French restaurant Buffet de la Gare to celebrate. It was so special. Six years later, for her last day at the job, I invited her to join me to commemorate our many successes…of course, it was at Buffet de la Gare.
