The CIA’s new Flavors of the Hudson Valley Boot Camp starts with two days of learning in the kitchen with one of CIA’s world-class chefs. You’ll discuss seasonal ingredients, local farming, and characteristic regional foods. On the third day you will go out on a culinary tour of the Hudson Valley with your chef. You will discover and sample some of the best that the Valley has to offer. Then it is back to the kitchen to put all that knowledge to work, as you learn cooking techniques that best showcase the Valley’s ingredients.
