Cook with the Best of the Hudson Valley

Here is your chance to learn to cook like a pro while exploring the region’s rich bounty. The CIA’s new Flavors of the Hudson Valley Boot Camp starts with two days of learning in the kitchen with one of CIA’s world-class chefs. You’ll discuss seasonal ingredients, local farming, and characteristic regional foods. On the third day you will go out on a culinary tour of the Hudson Valley with your chef. You will discover and sample some of the best that the Valley has to offer. Then it is back to the kitchen to put all that knowledge to work, as you learn cooking techniques that best showcase the Valley’s ingredients.

If you are ready to connect with fellow foodies to spend four days cooking with local ingredients preparing iconic Valley dishes in the CIA kitchens, a full day visiting area growers and suppliers, and lunch in a CIA restaurant give us a call at 1-888-206-8425 or register online.
