MK Diary: Welcome to the Bar at Madison Kitchen!


Just a few weeks away from opening Madison Kitchen, chef Nick Di Bona gives us a quick tour of his brand-spanking new bar area.   This will quickly become a favorite gathering spot with happy hour specials offering a glass of wine or beer and a choice of three “small bites” like Crispy Breaded Ricotta Tortellini with Bacon CreamBlue Point Oysters with Grapefruit Mignonette and Eggplant Meatballs with Spicy Tomato Sauce (for only $15!).
