On Tuesday, October 22 Whole Foods Market will open their third Westchester county location in Port Chester.

Whole Foods Port Chester will  be store number 365 for the organic and natural supermarket. To celebrate, Whole Foods has an entire day of giveaways, specials and other customer incentives planned.

The grand opening begins at 8:30 a.m. with a breaking bread ceremony. The first 365 customers will receive a special edition Whole Foods in Port Chester reusable tote, and the first 100 customers to make a purchase will receive a 365 Everyday Value (Whole Foods store brand) item at the register. All 365 Everyday Value items will also be 25% off for the entire day.

And the newest Westchester location has a lot of fun “new to market” features. There will be a growler station with the exclusive Captain Lawrence Imperial Kolsch, fresh juice bar, morning bagel and waffle-making station, plus freshly baked corn bread. Prepared foods include options like Fire & Pollo, a  wood-grilled Latin inspired chicken venue, Roman and Neapolitan pizzas made fresh, salad station and more.

Whole Foods Port Chester will donate 5% of opening day profits to the Port Chester Carver Fund, which offers programs and resources designed to meet the educational, recreational, cultural and civic needs of community members, with a particular focus on the needs of underprivileged youth.
