Less than two weeks before Thanksgiving, and you still don’t have a plan? Time to make one that doesn’t include cooking. Here are five places to order a catered Thanksgiving dinner.
1 Myong Gourmet, Mount Kisco. Prepared, ready-to-cook whole organic turkeys come in a variety of sizes and range in price from $69-$96. The birds come in a heavy disposable pan, already rubbed and seasoned with Myong’s fresh signature spices. (They even throw in detailed cooking instructions and the number for an emergency turkey hotline!) Myong’s array of sides and appetizers include roasted Brussels sprouts, steamed French green beans and snow peas, a roasted corn salad and candied yam slices. Desserts, all made by their in-house pastry chef, include a cheesecake and apple, pecan or pumpkin pies. There are two more options: Myong’s will roast your turkey for you for an additional $25, or you can order a 12- to 14-pound Champagne-pineapple glazed ham for $76.

2 La Mer Seafood, Armonk. Feeling a little fishy this Thanksgiving? La Mer Seafood has got you covered. Hors d’oeuvres include mini crab cakes, sturgeon caviar and cocktail shrimp, as well as flat breads, a zucchini-cheddar frittata and more. For soups, choose between pumpkin, lobster bisque and potato leek. Entrees include a pecan-crusted tilapia, a three-herb stuffed turkey, sliced Virginia ham and poached salmon. Several sides are available to choose from, including corn bread, potatoes, homemade cranberry sauce and pan stuffing.

3 AJ’s Catering and Take Out, Pearl River. Choose as many or as few servings as you’d like for $25 a plate. You’ll receive carved, fresh oven-roasted turkey with gravy and an assortment of sides including mashed potatoes, green beans with fried onions, homemade macaroni and cheese, dinner rolls and a tossed salad. The Thanksgiving menu doesn’t include dessert, so make sure to ask about one of AJ’s homemade pies or cakes when you order.

4 Mimi’s Plate, Tappan. For starters, consider classic shrimp cocktail with horseradish sauce and green goddess sauce in two different available sizes, truffled deviled eggs, a chicken apple sausage in puff pastry or a potato leek bisque. For a main course, there are Murray’s roasted boneless breast, or, if you’re hosting vegetarians, a butternut squash-hazelnut lasagna. Sides include sweet potato casserole with candied pear or marshmallow topping, fresh cranberry-pomegranate-ginger compote and a cauliflower cheddar gratin. After dinner, satisfy your sweet tooth with one of Mimi’s apple, pumpkin or pecan bourbon pies.

5 Ritz Carlton Westchester, White Plains. The $265 dinner package serves six, and starts off with a harvest squash soup and mixed green salad with goat cheese, cranberries and walnuts. A 14-18 pound turkey comes with sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, green beans and gravy on the side. For dessert, choose among chocolate pecan, pumpkin or apple crumble pies (get extras for $25 each if one won’t cut it).
Deadline to order: Nov. 18. Pick up between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Thanksgiving.
