32

Everyone has a favorite wings place. It seems to be a dish that garners some pretty adamant opinions and loyalty.  So we want to know, who is serving up the best wings in Westchester, Rockland and Putnam?

For many, loyalty lies with longtime Westchester favorite The Candlelight Inn in Scarsdale, and for others the Lazy Boy Saloon in White Plains or Holy Smoke BBQ in Mahopac are their go-to.

  1. Candlelight has the best wings in the area. If haven’t tried them you wouldn’t know. they have from mild to super hot.

  2. For me, it’s Quaker Hill Tavern in Chappaqua. Perfectly cooked wings, wonderful sauce. The smell alone is enough to drive me crazy!

  3. It used to be the candlelight but they are not the same anymore. There are 2 places better The Pour House in Ardsley which are excellent and pumpernickels also in Ardsley are both better than candlelight

  4. I agree with John. The wings in the Pour House are excellent. They are the best in Westchester County. Wish I had some right now!

  5. The Huddle in Sleepy Hollow hands down!!! The different flavors of wings are nuts! They are the best!

  6. The Huddle makes the best wings around, I’ve yet to find any that come close. Big, crispy and juicy with so many different house made flavors. You’re missing out if you haven’t had them.

  7. Regular buffalo wings can be found at a lot of local places. I love the Chili Hoison wings at Quaker Hill Tavern. By the plate or by the bucket. Decent beer selection too. Very important when it comes to wings

  8. Quaker Hill Tavren in chappaqua! I get them by the bucket..the dipping sauces are homemade and taste amazing!!! there wings are always on point!

  9. Quaker Hill Tavern in Chappaqua hands down… If I could eat them everyday I would. They also cater to your wing tastes. The meat will fall right off the bone, or for those who like them crispy, they’ll make them with a little crunch. Sooooooooo amazing. I’ve been supplying hangovers and Super Bowl parties with their wings for a few years now. HUGE request!!

  10. Favorite used to be Candlelight but they just aren’t the same. Quaker Hill in Chappaqua is now my favorite. Go with medium or hot if you like buffalo but ya gotta try chili hoisin.

  11. The Huddle in Sleepy Hollow by a fairly wide margin. And it doesn’t matter if you order the Caroline Jerk or the Hot sauce blue cheese combo…you won’t be sorry.

  12. Believe it or not, Turco’s Market in Yorktown has great buffalo wings in the hot food bar. Better than most restaurants in the area.
