“Anything with Nutella is awesome, but this is just insanely good,” says Zuppa co-owner Nando Paterra.
Braised for four hours in two heaping spoonfuls of Nutella, plus finely chopped celery, carrots and onions and a touch of red wine, each bite is tender and rich, decadent and savory at once. The short ribs are served over creamy pumpkin whipped potatoes and crispy Brussels sprouts. The dish is topped with a reduction of the braising liquid, made richer by a late addition of even more Nutella.
