Must Try Dish of the Week: Pizza at The Nanuet Restaurant, Nanuet

We love a charred and cleverly topped wood fired pizza just as much as every one else, but sometimes you just want a big, traditional pie to share. That’s why the pizza — specifically the pizza crust — at The Nanuet Restaurant is our must try dish this week. Unbelievably thin and flaky, almost pastry-style, the crust makes a thin bed for tomato sauce and bubbly, melted mozzarella.

Toppings include all the classics: sausage, meatballs, onions, pepperoni, anchovies, garlic, broccoli and more. A large cheese costs $11.95, so it’s one dinner out with the family that won’t break the bank.
