Craft Beer of the Week: The Cowboy Beer, Evil Twin Brewing

The Cowboy Beer from Evil Twin Brewing.

Type: Smoked Pilsner.
Taste: “The Cowboy (what the brewer envisioned cowboys would drink) has a thick head and strong smoky taste that some say reminds them of bacon,” says our taster.
Pair it: Roasted, smoked or barbecued meat, and a sharp cheese like Gruyere.
If you like this, try: Smokestack Heritage Porter, East End Brewing Company.
