Lukens says that as of this morning, 109 of the 250 CSA shares are still available.
New this year, you can get shares of you-cut flowers and herbs. You don’t have to be a CSA produce member to enjoy, these shares can be purchased separately – just $50 or $30, Lukens says.

Each week’s pick-up will contain about 6-10 of the following items, and about 8-10 pounds per week on average:
Early (June-July): Arugula, Beets, Bok Choy, Carrots, Cilantro, Collards, Escarole, Fava Beans, Kale, Parsley, Butterhead and Curly leaf lettuce, Sugar Snap Peas, Radish, Scallions, Baby Turnips, and Broccoli
Mid (August-September): Basil, Cabbage, Carrots, Celeriac, Sungold and Black Cherry Tomatoes, Cilantro, Collards, Cucumber, Eggplant, Garlic, Lettuce, Green Beans, Kale, Onions, Potatoes, Peppers, Zucchini and other Summer Squash, Swiss Chard, and Heirloom Tomatoes
Late (October-November): Arugula, Beets, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Chicory, Collards, Kale, Lettuce, Parsley, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, and Butternut, Acorn and Delicata Winter Squash.
This year we are using even more open-pollinated and heirloom varieties in hopes of keeping the genetic diversity of delicious vegetables alive. We want to bring you the best regionally adapted varieties that perform well in our area, and exquisite taste to your palate! I can’t even name all of the varieties here but I’ll try to name a few. Corno di Toro Italian Frying Pepper, Rosa Bianca Eggplant, Deer Tongue Lettuce, Cherokee Purple Tomatoes, Kennebec and German Butterball Potatoes, New England Pie and Long Island Cheese Pumpkins, and Turnips from the seeds grown year after year by our wonderful New City neighbor Eugene. Altogether we are growing around fifty different crops, with over 150 varieties total!
