  1. Please include some vegan dishes. There are plenty of Westchester vegetarians and vegans looking for some delicious veggie dishes. (Hint : many of us love recipes made with seitan.) How about a veggie pot pie?

  2. We ate at his pop-up restaurant at this location a couple of months ago and it was excellent. Looking forward to seeing what he does with a real restaurant.
