Eric Korn, left, the chef behind the super-popular cafe and catering storefront, Good Life Gourmet in Irvington — along with a bunch of pop-ups, too — says he’ll open a real, honest-to-goodness restaurant in the former Cupcake Kitchen space in Irvington in late spring.
He’s already been testing a few dishes, and gave us a sneak peek of what he’s working on for the menu. He’s shooting for an opening date of late spring.
