I’ve been happily baking for my family and friends for over 20 years. While I am a cookie aficionado above all else, I enjoy creating and consuming just about anything made with flour, sugar and butter, and I justify my addiction by making dainty portions whenever possible.
I’m admittedly particular—my professional background is in accounting—and my approach is methodical and detail-oriented. I’ve been known to tweak a recipe a dozen different times before getting it ‘just right.’ That said, most of my favorite recipes use simple ingredients and basic techniques.
