What was previously contained to one weekend has grown into a week-long eating extravaganza. Westchester Magazine’s Wine & Food Week, from June 3 through 8, presents a full spread of of everything from burgers and beer to a farm-to-table brunch atop the Ritz Carlton.

Here is a rundown of all 11 events planned for this year’s Wine & Food Week.

Tortilla Tequilla Tuesday

What: Chef Rafael Palomino (Sonora, Palomino) presents a special menu with tequila pairings.
When: Tuesday, June 3
Where: Palomino, 141 Chatsworth Ave., Larchmont; Sonora, 179 Rectory St., Port Chester; Bartaco, 1 Willett Ave., Port Chester
Tickets: $30. Call for reservations.

An Evening of Fashion, Food & Wine!

What: Cooking demonstration by Peter X. Kelly, and meet and greet with Kathy Lee Gifford. 
When: 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, June 4
Where: Bloomingdales, 175 Bloomingdale Rd., White Plains
Tickets: No cost. Must pre-register. 

Meatball Mania – Like Mama Used to Make

What: Special menus featuring meatballs and wine pairings from some of the county’s best meatball makers.
When: Wednesday, June 4
Where: Tarry Lodge, 18 Mill St., Port Chester; Fortina, 17 Maple Ave., Armonk; The Cookery, 39 Chestnut St., Dobbs Ferry
Tickets: Call restaurants for reservations. Prices start at $35 per person.

Casino Royale – Craft Beer & Celebrity Cuisine

What: Attend the VIP event from 5-6:30 and meet renowned chef Alain Ducasse. Then head into pinch American Grill for food, drinks, live music and bowling.
When: 6:30-10 p.m., Thursday, June 5
Where: Empire City Casino, 810 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers
Tickets: $125 for VIP, $60 for general admission. Includes valet parking.

Burger & Beer Blast

What: Rocking live band, lots of beer and a friendly burger competition among the local masters. Defending champpion: Peter X. Kelly.
When: 6-10 p.m., Friday, June 6
Where: Kensico Dam Plaza, Valhalla
Tickets: $65

Celebrity Chef Demos

What: A front row seat to skills show with Rafael Palomino (Sonora, Palomino), Ethan Kostbar (Moderne Barn) and Michael Psilakis (MP Taverna) 
When: 12 p.m., Saturday, June 7 (Ethan Kostbar); 2 p.m., Saturday, June 7 (Rafael Palomino); 1 p.m., Sunday, June 8 (Michael Psilakis)  
Where: Bloomingdales, 175 Bloomingdale Rd., White Plains
Tickets: Registration required.

Grand Tasting

What: A spectacular display of Westchester’s finest dishes, along with more than 200 wines and specialty cocktails.
When: 11:30-4 p.m., Saturday, June 7 and 12-4:30 p.m., Sunday, June 8.
Where: Grand Ballroom at the Ritz-Carlton, Westchester
Tickets: $85 each day

Wine Seminars led by Kevin Zraly

What: Expert Kevin Zraly,  founder of Windows on the World Wine School, will lead three courses on wines and spirits for every level. 
When: 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., Saturday, June 7; 1 p.m., Sunday, June 8 
Where: Saturday at the Sky Lounge at 42 the Restaurant, Sunday at the Sapphire Suite in the Ritz-Carlton, Westchester
Tickets: Tickets start at $40.

Winemakers Connoisseur Dinner

What: Six delectable courses, each one prepared by one of the area’s most talented chefs, including Eric Gabrynowicz (Restaurant North), Andy Nusser (Tarry Lodge),  Jay Lippin (Crabtree’s Kittle House), David Dibari (The Cookery), Anthony Goncalves (42 The Restaurant) and Ethan Kostbar (Moderne Barn).
When: 7-10:30 p.m., Saturday, June 7
Where: Grand Ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester
Tickets: $200

 Junior Chefs Academy

What: Calling all aspiring chefs! The Ritz-Carlton’s culinary team will lead children, ages 7-17, in a course with recipes and tips of the trade.
When: 10-12 p.m., Saturday, June 7
Where: Kitchen at the Ritz-Carlton, Westchester 
Tickets: $95

Farm-to-table Brunch

What: Chef Anthony Goncalves wraps the week’s festivities with a locally sourced brunch.
When: 11-2 p.m., Sunday, June 8
Where: 42 The Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester
Tickets: $65, or $125 for a combo ticket to brunch and the Grand Tasting
