Raspberry Sorbet at Fig & Olive: Must-try Dish of the Week

Fig & Olive in Scarsdale does several dishes really well. Brunch is always a win, along with any of the assorted cheese, crostini or antipasti plates. But on your next trip take care to save room for dessert. The raspberry sorbet is light and refreshing, but with a puckering raspberry flavor to keep you wanting more. Served in a perfect spherical scoop and topped with creamy yogurt mouse, a crunchy meringue and a self-serve carafe of raspberry caramel sauce for extra decadence.
