Smothered in a thick, sweet and spicy chocolate sauce, the Mole Poblano at Guapo Cocina in Yonkers is borderline carnal. Slow-roasted chicken is the body of this traditional Mexican dish, but the sauce gives it soul. We love the warm buzz from smoked red chili infused into the mole, which puddles decadently around a trim bed of rice and beans.
