It may not be fancy or artisanal, but a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a roll is one of those classic deli orders we won’t ever give up.

As everyone prepares to fall into familiar routines with the return of chilly September weather, early morning soccer games and busy back to school schedules, we’re on a hunt for the best breakfast sandwich in the Lower Hudson Valley. Rocklanders might swear by Nyack Hot Bagels, but Cameron’s 24/7 Deli is an old favorite in Northern Westchester.

  1. I’m very partial to “Vinny’s Lunch” on Main St in Port Chester. Directly across the street from Tarry Market. They do a very brisk business and make a mean egg and cheese!

  2. The BEST and I mean the BEST is at Armonk Country Kitchen. That is my guilty pleasure I only allow myself to have once in a blue moon. But it’s so worth it!
