The cocktail: Dog Day Afternoon, a re-mix on the classic Last Word cocktail.
The re-mix: Substitute gin with mezcal.

How to make it yourself: Dog Day Afternoon

3/4 ounce mezcal
3/4 ounce Green Chartreuse
3/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
3/4 ounce lime juice
Lemon twist garnish

Combine ingredients in shaker and add ice. Shake and fine strain into glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
