Seasonal Chef Hits the Farmers Market Trail!

We are just eleven days away from summer. The sun, for the most part, is shining high in the sky and all the farmers markets in Westchester county are just about open. I, for one, am beyond excited. This year marks my 5th year doing cooking demos at our local farmers markets and I could not be happier. My travel schedule has grown exponentially since my first foray into the outdoor market world in 2011. I try, as best I can, to tie in my demos to the Seasonal Chef column. So if you come to see me you will almost always be able to find the recipe on this blog. This weekend I will be demoing a new recipe: Grilled Asparagus, Chick Pea and Feta Salad.
