Chef Dave DiBari and craft brewer Scott Vaccaro are major players in the Hudson Valley food scene, so whenever the two join forces for an event, you know it’s going to be good.

DiBari, the chef-owner behind The Cookery, The Parlor and wood-fired pizza truck Doughnation, and Vaccaro, the brewmaster behind Captain Lawrence Brewing Co., will host Mother Shucker, a oyster-fueled frenzy at the Elmsford brewery.

From 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 23, guests can dive into fresh oysters, listen to live music, sip on Captain Lawrence brews and indulge in a full spread of DiBari’s signature wild dishes: salt baked pork belly with oyster sauce, seafood gumbo with house-made chorizo, poutine, smokey wood-roasted corn on the cob with bacon mayonnaise, roasted pig head with maple sriracha and more.
